The discount offer is for New Customers Only- who buy the following packages from 20^th August 2018 to 29th August 2018 midnight.

Eligibility – All J10 ( Internet only), Triple play 30 mbps, Triple play 50 mbps for new customers who buy from 20^th August 2018 to 29th  August 2018 midnight.

The incentive offers:

1. This promotion will provide customers who subscribe for the Zuku Fiber packages an offer with discounted rates for packages  – J10 ( Internet only), Triple play 30 mbps and Triple play 50 mbps.-New Customers will also get Free Premium and Asian TV Channels for 28 days only from date of new customer subscription.

2. Customers who are already Zuku customers and have an active or inactive/lapsed/churned account are not eligible.
3. Existing customers downgrading or upgrading to the packages are also not eligible for the discount offer.
4. The discount offer is only applicable for the first month of subscription, subsequent bill will be based on the current package price. i.e. A customer who subscribes to J10 on 20^th August, gets the package at Kshs 2,499, the next bill from the month of September will be at Kshs 3,499.

• Discount offer pricing is valid for 28 days only from the date of subscription.
• Free TV channels offer is valid for 28 days from the date of subscription.

5. The offer shall be communicated on digital platforms to existing leads base by SMS, email, website, banner & social media posts.
