Zuku TV offers you various convenient ways to make your payment including Mobile Money transfers such as M-Pesa, Airtel and also through USSD codes.

* Please note, Zuku will update payments made via Mpesa, Airtel money, Equity Bank, Prime Bank and Pesapal every two hours.

- Download Zuku app from Play store using the number registered on your account through
https://shorturl.at/cfBFW - Once logged in select “pay” option on app interface.
- Select payment i.e: Mpesa.
- Mpesa – Select Mpesa.
- Enter the amount and press continue.
- Enter Mpesa phone number you are paying from e.g 0712345678 and press continue.
- You will receive a prompt to input your Mpesa pin.
- Payment reflects within 15mins.
- Go to M-PESA on your phone
- Select PayBill option
- Enter Business N0. 320323
- Enter the Amount
- Enter XXXXXX in account code where XXXXXX is your Zuku Account number 3.g. 112233
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and send
- You will receive a confirmation via SMS
- Payment will be posted and your account reconnected within 15 minutes
- Go to Airtel Money option on your phone
- Select ‘Make Payments’ option
- Select ‘PayBill’ option
- Select ‘Other’
- Enter Business Name ZUKU SAT
- Enter Amount
- Enter your PIN
- For reference enter XXXXXX where XXXXXX is your Zuku Account Number
- You will receive a confirmation SMS and email from Zuku
- Payment will be posted and your account reconnected within 15 minutes
- Go to Equitel on your phone
- Select ‘My Money’ option
- Select ‘Send/Pay’ option
- Select the account you wish to pay from
- Select ‘Others’ and enter Business No 320323
- Enter account code
- Ente the amount
- Enter your Equitel PIN and send
- You will receive a confirmation SMS
- Payment will be posted and your account reconnected within 15 minutes
Cheque payments through Equity bank have to be made 3 working days in advance to ensure they are updated in good time.
This option is available to ALL Zuku customers, at any Equity bank Branch countrywide and the customer does not need to have an existing account with the bank.
- Fill in an Equity deposit slip indicating your Account number and Zuku Satellite Account Number which is 0180290281503
- You will receive a copy of the payment deposit slip
- Zuku Account will be updated within 3 working days for cheque payments and you will receive an email notification if you have given us your email address during sign up
- Cash payments will be posted and your account reconnected within 15 minutes.
- Pay through USSD Code *522#
- Select option 2 for Payments
- Under payment select option 2 again for Pay bills
- Under Pay bills select where the money will be deducted from which will the option 1 KCB Account
- Select the company you wish to make payment to by selecting 98 (Next page)
- Select options 8 for Zuku satellite
- Enter you Zuku satellite account number
- Select option 1 for Full payment
- Enter your KCB pin number and press send.
