No Registration is required. All customers have to do is to dial *502# and select any one of the transactions:

  • Yes, the service is available round the clock.

Are there any charges for this service?

  • Service costs 10ksh

Is this service available in all countries?

  • The service is at present available only in Kenya, more countries to be enabled over the next few months.

Is this service available on all networks?

  • The service is at currently available on Safaricom and Airtel networks only.

Will there be more services available in Zuku USSD in the future?

  • Yes. More features and will be enabled over the next few weeks and months too.

Can I view the transactions relating to my account?

  • You register and view your transaction history via https://zuku.co.ke/get-help/my-account .
