What is the shifting/move procedure?

The shifting form is available on https://zuku.co.ke/get-help/customer-support move request.

Once you fill in the details the form is submitted to our support team and you will get a response within 2 hours.

How long does shifting take?

  • Up to 5 working days maximum

How much do I need to pay to have my service shifted/moved?

Zuku fiber Kshs 2,000 & Gpon 3,750

How do I make payments to my accounts?

  • There are different payment options available, please visit the url https://zuku.co.ke/get-help/how-to-pay

Who is authorized to shift my service?

  • Accredited Zuku technician or installer who visits the premises with a hardcopy of the shifting form

Can I get my own technician to shift/move my service?
