What is Zuku Office?

This is a dual play service (internet and telephone) designed to meet small and medium sized enterprise needs.

Can I get Zuku TV channels on this package?

  • Yes, At an extra cost of kshs 1,500 per month.Installation fee is Kshs 3,999.

    For extension of premium TV service to other rooms we charge kshs 500 per TV monthly subscription.

Is it a dedicated service?

No, Zuku Office is on a shared platform and contention ratio is 1:4

I’m an existing Zuku customer, how can I subscribe to the Zuku office Package?

  • The available packages for Zuku office are:-
    • 15 Mbps at Kshs 7,699
    • 30 Mbps at Kshs 10,999
    • 60 Mbps at Kshs 14,999
    First you choose the package you want to subscribe to then pay the difference. For TV services you will be required to pay an extra 1,500 on monthly basis. Alternatively you can choose to subscribe to Zuku Office (dual play) and terminate Tv service where we recover the decoder

Can I set up my mail server (s) or configure CCTV cameras on on Zuku Office package?

  • Yes, This is possible through the port forwarding feature provided on the Zuku Modem. You can also be issued with a Static Ip at an additional kshs 1,000 per month
