Zuku Fiber

Nature of the Promotion

The promotion is dubbed “Tax Paid Campaign” where potential customers are allowed to purchase any of the Zuku packages listed below less the 15% excise tax on internet services provided for under the Finance Act 2018.

Zuku undertakes to pay excise taxes to the Government on behalf of new zuku customers who subscribe to Zuku packages.

Promotion Duration.

The promotion will run from 15th October, 2018 to 31st December, 2018.

Zuku Fiber retains the rights to stop the promotional offer or to extend the period of the promotion at its own discretion.

Eligibility

This offer is eligible to new customers who purchase the following packages:-

  • Zuku Internet J2
  • Zuku Internet J5
  • Zuku Dual Play JiNice 5
  • Zuku Dual Play JiNice 10
  • Zuku Internet Only j10
  • Triple Play 30Mbps
  • Triple Play 50Mbps
  • Triple Play 100Mbps

What the customer needs to activate the service

The sales team will provide the customer with the details of the product in the areas that are ready for service.

Once it’s confirmed that you are within our network, the sales team will issue the customer with a sign up form and the customer’s account will be created and the customer may proceed with the payment process.

Only customers that have had Zuku Fiber successfully installed are eligible to take up the offer

Installation of the service must be done in a Zuku Fiber ready defined as HPRFS dwelling or office

Zuku Fiber retains the right to refuse installation of the service to any customer

Zuku Fiber retains the rights to admit a customer or to dismiss a customer from the offer without notification

Any fraudulent or criminal activity by the installed customer will be grounds for withdrawal of the offer without notification

How to pay for the service

Payment methods include;

  • Mobile money – Mpesa, Airtel Money & Equitel.
  • Online on Zuku website
  • Bank – Primebank, Equity
  • KCB mtaani
  • Eazzy banking App
  • Any of the Zuku shops

Rules and Regulations:

The excise duty being paid by Zuku cannot be claimed in kind or any other form whatsoever. For example, tax exempt NGOs, persons or other entities that are not tax liable cannot claim to be paid in cash or in kind.

The offer is not transferrable and the tax exemption cannot be claimed after the date of 31st December 2018.

The promotion is only valid to new customers who have an active and fully paid Up subscription with Zuku Fiber.

Zuku reserves the right to qualify or disqualify any customers from enjoying the tax exemption.

Zuku customers who fail to pay for their service during this period will immediately lose the promotional offer and are no longer eligible for the offer in the subsequent promotion period

This offer is not transferable or redeemable in any form whatsoever

Zuku Fiber will not enter into any communication or correspondence regarding the promotion and retains the rights to offer or withdraw the offer to any party
