A proforma invoice will be sent 10 days to your due date and a tax invoice sent to you on your due date if payment has been received.

SMS notifications are sent 5 days to your due date and Onscreen Message 2 days prior the due date.

To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your zuku account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

Ensure you are registered for mobile banking with your bank.

Go to/dial your respective USSD code for your bank.

➢ A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you and your payment will be forwarded to ZUKU for processing.
